  1. The physical exercises vary across municipalities. Balance training includes e.g. exercises on the floor where the participants stand on one leg. Strength training includes e.g. exercises on machines where the participants do three sets with 10 repetitions. Aerobic exercises include e.g. dancing, walking/running, and jumping
